Everytime I load up Black ops either Zombies or Multiplayer this Error Message comes up "Black Ops Servers not available at this time" and too check the website for further updates. I have checked the website it says that the Server is up, I have also checked my Xbox live connection that's working perfectly. I can get on all other COD's except Black Ops? I just recently purchased the Rezzurection map pack aswell and now I can't play it because of this -.-

 

If anybody can help me out with this problem then please let me know.

OK SO I WAS WATCHING THEATOR MODE OF HACKED LOBBYS AND XP LOBBYS RIGHT ? ALL OF A SUDDEN I SEE

A GREEN BOX ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF MY SCRREN AND IT TOLD ME WHAT I WAS DOING AND THEN I WENT

TO MULTIPLAYER TO OWN NOOBS RIGHT THEN IT SAYS ERROR THE CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS SERVER IS NOT

AVAILABLE SO I SAID TO MYSELF OKAY ILL WAIT TILL TOMORROW THEN TOMORROW COMES AND I CANT PLAY STILL

SO I JUST LOOK UP ON YOUTUBE WHAT THIS IS AND I GUESS ITS A BAN OF SOME SORT SO I HAD BOUGHT ALL

DLC FOR THIS **** MAN ITS NOT COOL THEN A YEAR COMES AND I TRY TO PLAY AGAIN BUT STILL SAME THING

SO I MAKE A NEW XBOX ACCOUNT AND USE A 7 DAY TRIAL AND SEE IF IT WILL WORK AND TO MY SUPRISE IT DOES

SO TREYARCH FIX THIS AND I WENT TO SUPPORT AND TO THE PRBLM BUT THE THING WAS TAKEN DOWN SO YEA

Edit: Problem fixed!

How to fix:

At the dashboard under the "My Xbox" tab, go to "System Settings" and then go to "Memory", Select your storage device, select "Games", find "Call of Duty: Black Ops", and delete "Call of Duty 7: Black Ops Title Update #11"

Black Ops Server Problems Xbox 360

So, I finally bought Black Ops again because it broke multiple times prior and I wanted to play some zombies. I get home and I'm all excited. I put the game in and start playing Kino Der Toten. 5 minutes later I get disconnected and can't connect for 3 more days. Does anybody know when this is going to be fixed? It's really killing me. My friends can all connect but it seems to be just me that can't. I know, however, that this is false because after reading just a few posts on this forum, it's widely happening. Treyarch, please get this fixed.

64.0.-1.0 Problems Connecting

When I select multiplayer I do not get the "STORE" option or do I get the advert for "rezurrection". Up in the top right of the screen there is
64.0.-1.0 When I select xbox live the wheen turns and after a few minutes I get an error messgae saying it could not connect to the server. Have I been banned????

Can some one help me please. I am banned from Black ops 1. I can not find out why or for how long. I have done nothing wrong. I called activision waited on the phone 2 hours to talk to some guy that got rood  and said he couldn't tell me nothing other than I was banned. My gamer tag is bigbpatrick. Can some one please help me with this issue. It has been over a week since I have been able to play.

How do I link my facebook account to black ops 2?

Under the friends menu you can get to the facebook section.  Under that is a statement that says "Link your facebook account to view friends that play Black Ops 2"

Under that statement is an "'X' Sign in to facebook"

 

Any thoughts on what is going on?  Is there a process that needs to be done before the this can happen?

 

 

I google'd the statement but still haven't found anything I can use.

Banned for emblem yet it features in game

Okay I got online today and saw that i had a 3 hour ban from my playercard only and i was unable to change my emblem, it was a swastika but I cannot understand how this is justified considering this emblem features in zombies and parts of the campaign. So if I get banned for this shouldn't these images in campaign be removed? I did not get banned from multiplayer for 3 hours only my player card editing.

Motorola Surfboard SBG6580..... horrid connection fix

I recently purchased a Motorola Surfboard SBG6580 cable modem because I thought it would be an upgrade from the modem the cable company supplies. As far as set up goes.... very easy to get up and running. The problem was that I noticed my online game play went way down and that I was skipping, dropping ect. After some research I found that this brand of Motoral modem  as well as many other Motorola's are notorious for having a horrible ping connection. (can test your ping at www.pingtest.net) I was getting a packet loss consistently w/ hard wired and wireless computers at a loss rate of 58%. Which is not good at all for online gaming. THE FIX. Go in to your modem VIA the web address provided so you can change modem settings. Click on the FireWall tab at the top of the screen make sure that none of the boxes have checks in them Hit apply Problem solved. I am now at a 0% packet loss. Hope this helps someone out.

I have heard there are many ways to get paid to play this game.....i would love to get paid to play this game and i do believe i am difinatly good enough to do so...so can anyone help me figure out how you can? I know about tournaments and stuff but i thought there were other ways....

Treyarchs Community Manager Josh Olin a.k.a. told us that we're just imagining severe problems with lag-compensation.
He further told us that developers took a look at this aspect and said there is nothing wrong.
We've been told to open our nat and to keep playing for matchmaking will improve eventually.
We've been told this is the problem of a minority so small that no one will ever care about our concerns.

Well, problem was that we, the people who suffer from serious lag-compensation issues even though our nat is open, our ping is fast and our bandwidth is excellent, we could not provide solid evidence for the problem and we had no speaker for our issue. Until now:

Now NextGenTactics is a well known team of comentators and if they say "I don't wanna see another call of duty game made by treyarch" that speaks or itself. They have 150.000+ subscribers and you notice a dramatic majority of likes to dislikes here.

I really guess it's time for Treyarch to aknowledge the fact that they made a terrible mistake by blaming us instead of aknowledging the problem and start the dialogue with us. It's not done releasing another patch with a vague description of what will be fixed and leave it to our imagination if we feel our issues will get fixed too or not. I don't expect Vahn to take his precious time and discuss with us but JD, who is the community manager should do what he is paid for and take a stand, before it get more embarassing. Don't wait until you can't deny it anymore and talk to us NOW!!!
