360 Black Ops

I know it's all about personal preference....BUT is it pretty much a common opinion that the Godbox 360 version is better than it's PS3 counterpart? Is there anyone out there that owns both and actually prefers the PS3 version? I would think the main reason the Xbox version has the advantage is because of Xbox Live. Better community and better competition aka more try hards. To me the advantages the Godbox 360 version has are:

-Better controller
-Better online experience
-Party chat
-DL content first

Thoughts?
