Split Screening should only be available in private matches. Split-screening should not be an option in regular online matches.
Split-screeners for the most part are a hinderence to whichever team has the misfortune of being stuck with them, most of the time it seems that split-screeners suffer from lag issues(likely from two "players" being run off the same console/connection). It's widely known that if you have split-screeners on your team, there's a good chance you'lll be losing the match.
Until this issue is addressed I propose we start boycott split-screening, should you enter lobby with split-screeners, back out immediately, simply refuse to play with them.
I know this seems harsh, and there's nothing wrong with split-screening with friends in a private match. But when split-screening is allowed in regular online matches, it negatively impacts other people's enjoyment of/experience with the game 9 times out of 10. Personally I have yet to have a split-screener actually not be a hinderence to the team, and trust me, I've played my fair share of matches with split-screeners on my team.
