I have to say im really disappointed with the level of service i have received lately. I sent my disc in for replacement after my disc was scratched and stopped working. When i spoke to someone in customer service they told me that because im living in Dubai i need to send the disc to your office in Prague and that they would send it back to my PO BOX. To my shock 3 weeks later im now being told that they dont ship to Dubai and that they refuse to send it to my home address in Australia. Now im stuck without my favourite game all because i was given wrong information on your behalf!!! Im really disappointed and this really sucks. Thankyou for taking my favourite game away from me - i did everything you guys asked of me for replacement, i even sent money with the disc! Thankyou Activision for ruining my xbox experience. Wonderful customer service...
