Can I change LB to ADS?

I'm moving over to Xbox version of Black Ops, but I'm so annoyed about LB not being ADS.  The comparable button on PS3 default performs the ADS.  Can I change LB to ADS and RB to Shoot?  Otherwise I'm in for a tough time since I'm used to the PS3 button layout.
