Quiet Bomb Defuse And Plant while Spinning!?

When are they going to fix the bug that causes the beeping to be silent while planting and defusing the bomb in Multiplayer.
because i am pretty sure it was not meaningly made that way and i dont see that it has been changed.

This is unfair to players that use sound to their advantage like me.     Sure it is cool and i have even been using it but fair is fair.
