208.75.218.28 is an IP address for a gamestop site that's currently under construction. If you enter your details where they ask you to, they say they will e-mail you when the site is finished. This isn't something generally done by sites under construction, so maybe they e-mail you beta keys or something when the site is completed. Anywho, I traced the IP back to a company called Adaptive Imaging Solutions. No idea who they are, but they make computer parts.
If you call 877-386-4270, you used to get the mystery box music(a clue as to black ops zombies)but now you just get the ould 'the phone number you've called is unavailable. Ring 866blahblahblah for more information.'
People initially thought that the number 433339 on the poster was a number you are supposed to text to, but if you add them up in pairs, you get 115, the number of the element from which the zombies were created.
I have no idea what 1712 represents, but many people have said it's a reference to the American revolution, but i think this is unlikely.
Sally with 8 tally marks, is even more mysterious, but I reckon it's too obvious to be relevant. I think it's just his way of counting his years or months served in the army until he can fo home to his wife or gf. Some people have suggested it's a reference to Samantha, the Doctor's daughter in Nazi Zombies. This is unlikely though, as if it was, it would be Sammy, not Sally.
That's about it, SOG is Studies and Observations Group, and Classified just refers to the secret Black Ops that the game is based around.
