Response to my Call to Activision..

Ok this morning I called Activision Customer Support.. I spent quite awhile discussing the Issues that the Xbox Community were having with the game Specifically the Recent Gold Gun Glitch...


Below is a copy of the Email that I recieved from the Tier 2 support representitive that I spoke with..

I Wish to ask Everyone to pass the word to all of your friends and tell as many people that you can to CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!..

Hello Mr. (name withheld for privacy),

Thank you for contacting Activision customer support. I spoke to you regarding Call of Duty Black Ops for the Xbox 360. You called because you had some concerns and suggestions, regarding the game, that you wanted to express.

Your first concern is related to all of the glitching that is going on in the game. Players are unlocking golden guns and advance weapons even though they are not at the correct level.
You are also concerned with all of the offensive player cards and emblems that are on the game; and you are still experiencing some connectivity issues despite all the updates and router troubleshooting.

I want to assure you that Treyarch is working diligently to clean up the game. It is extremely unfortunate that this is occurring  but, as you have seen, players who violate our Security and Enforcement policy do get sanctioned for their actions. I encourage you to continue reporting players you see cheating.

You also wanted to suggest that the game hold off on releasing DLC until the current problems are resolved or if not, at least reduce the price of DLC to $10 rather than $15.

We appreciate all of your input and we will look into these concerns. Thank you again for your call.
