Hello,
I've been on the phone with Microsoft's XBOX Live phone support for a few hours today, to no avail. Let me detail my problem:
Everytime I try to open up Call of Duty: Black Ops, I am disconnected from XBOX Live. There is no error. I cannot play Black Ops online. I know it is not an Activision-wide problem because I can play Modern Warfare 2 just fine. I know that it's not an XBOX Live problem because I can play Halo 3 just fine.
Microsoft's XBOX Live phone support told me that it's a bandwidth problem, and that it was probably due to my internet service provider (which is Road Runner, by Time Warner Cable [I have the top tier of it]).
All of the necessary ports are forwarded. My NAT is open, but when I go to the system info in Black Ops, it tells me that my NAT is strict.
If anyone knows any solution, temporary or permanent, please let me know.
Regards,
TViYH
