Please watch carefully tell me I'm not seeing things here's the clip

Now no one in the clip is me but i was in the match and keep dieing like I was being hit with a sniper riffle no red flash notta just insta-kill but kill cam showed this guy with the FN Fal. So TY for theater mode I went back and watched the full match from this guys view and this is what i found. I would say 90% or more of his kill in the match where with the FN Fal.
Now i know some are going to read this and think I'm crying cuz i can't play sry that's not me.
Now if some can tell me how a FN Fal fires 7 shots in 1.5 to 2 seconds. Other then a modded controller please let me in on it. Have I been not seeing a Full-Auto upgrade for it like the CZ-75. Or was i right to have reported this guy for cheating ?
