my friend was banned for apparently no reason he says

Ok yea another story but still, help me out on this. My friend has never been into glitching and hacking especially in black ops. Now the story he told me was that he was in a gaming and he was owning these kids and putting up good scores then some sore loser kid sent him a message calling him a hacker because he was a high prestiege and the kid probaly got all his friends to report him for boosting therefor making him get reset. After that he hasnt played multiplayer ever since, just plays zombies and other shooters now.

I want you guys to help me on this one, my friend's gamertag is Iehova (with an i) if anyone can do a search on his gamertag telling me if he really has done anything i'll apreciate it. If he hasnt done anything wrong he shouldnt have gotten banned.
