Treyarch's Pros and Cons

Pros:
-They LISTEN to their community (they just patched the AK-74u, tuned up the sniper rifles, made larger, more interactive maps, and expanded on zombies IMMENSELY)
-They used what mw2 did right, fixed what mw2 did wrong, and added new gameplay elements all their own (go back to mw2 and laugh when you realize you can't dive to prone anymore)
-They catered to new players and casual players (combat training means ENDLESS hours of class experimentation)
-They read these forums and take ideas, or reply to criticism with legitimate reasons, and maintain a professional business appearance
-Yes, Black Ops may have more lag than any other Call of Duty so far, but Treyarch has said on numerous occasions that it's not their fault, yet they CONTINUE to try and fix it for us, despite us whining and complaining about it endlessly.

Cons:
-They didn't make mw2
-They aren't making mw3

For all the flak Treyarch gets, they still continue to stay true to their community and listen for new ideas. They don't just ignore us when we complain about certain gameplay elements, and they go out of their way to fix problems. That's what makes Treyarch such a great game developer.
